Easy ParkingStreet parking on Marrickville Rd
504 Marrickville RdFrom Belmore Road North, join the M5 Motorway heading east and leave it at Wolli Avenue. Bray Avenue, Hartill-Law Avenue and Homer Street take you to Wardell Road, then Margaret Street brings you out on MacArthur Parade, right beside the clinic.
The drive is 11.4 km, about 21 minutes outside peak. Riverwood station is 0.5 km from the centre and buses like the 940 and 945 run locally, but neither the trains nor the buses come to Dulwich Hill directly. Driving is simplest, with street parking in MacArthur Parade and on Marrickville Road.
Open until 8pmWith the M5 doing most of the work, regular visits are simple to keep up. Book a check-up on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evening, and we’ll examine your teeth and gums and take X-rays if you’re due for them.
A professional teeth clean removes the build-up that brushing at home misses, and it can be done in the same appointment. You’ll leave knowing exactly where things stand and when you should come back next.
Saturday family visitsBetween Riverwood Park, nearby Salt Pan Creek Reserve and Rotary Park, weekend mornings can easily be spent outdoors. Our Saturday hours, 9am to 3pm, make it easy to bring the kids in without missing any school.
Children’s visits include check-ups, fluoride, fissure sealants and plenty of explanation. If they play footy, soccer or basketball, ask about mouthguards made to measure. First visits are kept short and relaxed. There’s more on our children’s dentistry page.
Same-visit crownsBecause our crowns are made in-house, a broken tooth can often be repaired in one visit rather than two. For missing teeth, read about dental implants near Riverwood, from replacing a single tooth to a full All-on-4 arch.
To brighten or reshape your smile, we offer teeth whitening, bonding and veneers. A consultation comes first, so you’ll understand the options, how long each takes and what it costs before any work starts on your teeth.

Dr Dimitrios Thanos leads the clinic and has over 25 years of experience. Read about The Smile Spot, and meet the team who’ll look after you at reception and in the chair on your visits from Riverwood.
