Easy ParkingStreet parking on Marrickville Rd
504 Marrickville RdPick up the Hume Highway heading east, then turn off along Boronia Road and Juno Parade to reach Punchbowl Road. Georges River Road carries you north, and Milton Street, Palace Street, Holden Street and Seaview Street bring you on to Marrickville Road. The trip is 19.7 km, about 37 minutes outside peak.
Carramar station is 0.2 km from the suburb centre, with Villawood 1.2 km and Fairfield 1.4 km away, yet none of those lines gets you here without a change, and no bus runs direct. Driving is the easy choice. Look for a spot on Marrickville Road or MacArthur Parade, and keep an eye on timed bays.
Open until 8pmA late booking can make the drive across from the Fairfield side much calmer. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday the last appointments run toward 8pm, when traffic on the Hume Highway is often lighter. Fridays and Saturdays we finish at 3pm.
Each visit includes a thorough exam, digital X-rays when you need them and time to ask questions. Have a look at what happens during a dental check-up and how a professional clean removes the build-up brushing misses.
Saturday family visitsSaturdays are often the only day the whole family is free. Book the kids in one after another and you’ll have time left for nearby Studley Park or a stop at Woodville Shopping Centre, 1.1 km from the centre, on the way home.
We help young children feel settled in the chair, with fissure sealants and fluoride where they help. Teenagers playing contact sport can be fitted for a proper mouthguard. Learn about kids’ dental care and mouthguards made from a mould of your teeth.
Same-visit crownsA cracked or heavily filled tooth often needs a crown. Ours are milled in-house, so crowns in a single visit save a second drive from Carramar. For chips and small gaps, bonding can be a quick fix.
When you’d like more change, we can plan whitening treatment or veneers in composite, E-max or Zirkonzahn. Replacing lost teeth? Read about dental implants near Carramar, including All-on-4, with costs set out after your exam.

Dr Dimitrios Thanos brings more than 25 years of practice to every exam. Nervous visitors can ask about happy gas, oral or IV sedation. Get to know our dental team and the clinic before you book.

Yes. Dental implants and All-on-4 are assessed, planned and placed at our Dulwich Hill clinic. We explain costs and payment options after an exam. Implant placement is surgery and carries risks such as pain, swelling and infection, and it is not suitable for everyone. Results vary from person to person.
