What’s The Drive Like From Brookvale?

It’s 25.8 km and takes around 48 minutes outside peak. Old Pittwater Road and Pittwater Road lead to Condamine Street and Manly Road, then Spit Road and Military Road carry you south. After Falcon Street, the Warringah Freeway, Bradfield Highway and Western Distributor bring you to The Crescent, and from there it’s on to Marrickville Road.

Brookvale has plenty of local buses, but none come to Dulwich Hill and there’s no train line, so public transport needs a change. Most people drive. Parking is on the street along Marrickville Road and in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic, with a few timed bays.

Routine Dental Visits For Brookvale Locals

Because it’s a longer trip, a later booking can help you avoid the busiest part of the day. Appointments run until 8pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and between 9am and 3pm on Friday and Saturday.

We combine your regular check-up, digital X-rays when due and a professional clean into one visit, so there’s no need for a separate trip just for the hygiene part.

Brookvale Children At The Dentist

Saturday visits fit around junior sport at Brookvale Park or Ryan Reserve, with Westfield Warringah Mall close by for errands on the way back. Children’s dentistry covers first visits, fluoride, sealants and fillings.

A custom mouthguard for sport is made from a mould of your child’s teeth. Compared with a store-bought guard, it’s shaped to their own bite, which helps it stay put on the field.

Brookvale Patients: Crowns, Veneers And Implants

If a tooth breaks, our same-visit crowns are made in-house, which saves a second drive from the Northern Beaches. For missing teeth, we plan and place dental implants near Brookvale at the clinic, along with All-on-4 for a full arch.

Looking to change how your smile looks? Ask about teeth whitening, bonding or composite, E-max or Zirkonzahn veneers. An exam comes first, followed by a clear explanation of options and fees.

Is there a bus from Brookvale to the clinic?

No direct one. Local buses don’t run to Dulwich Hill and there’s no train in Brookvale, so you’d need a change. Driving is easier.

Is street parking available?

Yes, on Marrickville Road and in MacArthur Parade, which runs alongside the clinic. Some bays are timed, so check the signs.

Can Brookvale patients come in on Saturday?

Yes, from 9am to 3pm. We also open until 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wednesday and Sunday we’re closed.

Can I bring my Brookvale kids for a check-up?

Yes. We see children for first visits, check-ups, sealants and mouthguards, and can book siblings back to back on Saturdays.

Do Brookvale patients have implants placed at your clinic?

Yes. Single implants and All-on-4 are planned and placed in Dulwich Hill, with costs explained after an exam. Implant placement is surgery and carries risks such as pain, swelling and infection, and it is not suitable for everyone. Results vary from person to person. We talk you through the alternatives at your consultation, and you are welcome to get a second opinion.
