504 Marrickville RdPick up Military Road near the Cremorne Town Centre, then follow Falcon Street onto the Warringah Freeway. The Bradfield Highway carries you over the harbour, and the Western Distributor, The Crescent and Johnston Street bring you to Parramatta Road and on to Marrickville Road. It’s 15.7 km, roughly 30 minutes outside peak.
North Sydney station is 2.4 km from the middle of Cremorne, yet nothing runs straight to our door, so public transport means at least one change. Park on Marrickville Road or in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic, and watch for the timed bays.
Open until 8pmA North Shore office job doesn’t have to clash with a dental visit. Our chairs stay booked until 8pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, so a late slot lets you leave after the evening rush. Fridays and Saturdays run from 9am to 3pm if daylight hours suit better.
Routine visits combine a careful exam with a clean, and digital X-rays are taken when they’re due. If it’s been a while, start with our dental check-up page, then read how a professional teeth clean helps keep gums healthy between appointments.
Saturday family visitsWeekday afternoons fill up quickly once school is out. A Saturday booking lets you bring the children in one after another and still have the afternoon for Primrose Park or Weaver Park.
Little ones are welcome from their first appointment, and fluoride or fissure sealants are offered where useful. Read more on children’s dentistry, and if someone in the house plays rugby, netball or footy, ask about a custom-fitted mouthguard.
Same-visit crownsWhen the trip takes half an hour, it helps if the whole plan sits with one clinic. Assessment, placement and the final tooth for dental implants near Cremorne all happen here, including All-on-4, and same-visit crowns are made in-house.
For cosmetic changes there’s teeth whitening, bonding and veneers in composite, E-max or Zirkonzahn. Every option is explained and costed after an exam, and the front desk can go over health funds and payment plans with you.

There are dentists closer to Cremorne, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The drive makes sense if you want evening hours, sedation options, or one clinic for the whole family. Dr Dimitrios Thanos has been in practice for more than 25 years. Meet our team or read about The Smile Spot.

Yes. Whether it’s one tooth or All-on-4, implants are assessed, placed and restored in Dulwich Hill, so you aren’t sent between different practices. Implant placement is surgery and carries risks such as pain, swelling and infection, and it is not suitable for everyone. Results vary from person to person. We talk you through the alternatives at your consultation, and you are welcome to get a second opinion.
