504 Marrickville RdWind out of the streets around Potts Lane and Cooper Road to Brunker Road, then follow Rookwood Road. Stacey Street and the Hume Highway lead to Boronia Road and Juno Parade, and Punchbowl Road takes you on towards Marrickville Road. That’s 14.2 km, about 29 minutes outside peak.
Birrong station is 0.8 km from the suburb centre and the 908 and 925 pass nearby, but getting to the clinic by public transport needs a change. The car is simplest. Park on Marrickville Road or in MacArthur Parade, minding the timed bays.
Open until 8pmHalf an hour in the car is fine twice a year, especially when you can choose the time. Evenings until 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays suit people who work standard hours, and Fridays and Saturdays are open from 9am to 3pm.
