How Far Is Dulwich Hill From Rookwood?

From the Haslem Drive end of Rookwood, head out along Necropolis Drive and Weeroona Road to Centenary Drive, then take the exit for Liverpool Road and follow it east. Victoria Street, Norton Street and Prospect Road bring you down to Marrickville Road. It’s 11.9 km, about 27 minutes outside peak.

Lidcombe, Flemington and Berala stations are all close to Rookwood, and the 408 and 920 run locally, yet none of them comes straight to us. Public transport needs at least one change, so driving is simpler. Street parking is on Marrickville Road and in MacArthur Parade, with some timed bays.

Making Room For Check-Ups When You Live In Rookwood

Nearly half an hour each way is a real trip, so it helps to make each visit count. Book a late slot on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday and the drive home along Liverpool Road is usually quieter. Saturdays run from 9am to 3pm if your weekdays are full.

A routine visit pairs an exam with a scale and polish, plus digital X-rays when they’re due. Here’s what to expect from a dental check-up and from a professional clean at our clinic.

Booking The Whole Rookwood Family In Together

Coming from Rookwood, it makes sense to line up several family members on the same Saturday morning rather than making separate trips. Parents often book back-to-back so the kids are seen while the car is already parked.

Children start with a relaxed first visit, then cleans, fluoride and sealants as they grow. If yours kick a ball around Hudson District Park nearby or play club sport, ask about custom sports mouthguards, and read more on dentistry for kids.

Crowns, Implants And Cosmetic Work For Rookwood Patients

Longer treatments are where a single clinic pays off. Implant planning, placement and the final tooth all happen in Dulwich Hill, so you aren’t sent between practices. Start with dental implants near Rookwood, including All-on-4 for a full arch.

Because our crowns are made in-house, a damaged tooth can often be finished in the same visit. For appearance, there’s teeth whitening, bonding and composite or ceramic veneers. Costs are explained after an exam.
