504 Marrickville RdWestmead is about 26 km west of the CBD, and our clinic is 22.1 km away by road, roughly 33 minutes outside peak. Start from Railway Parade and Hawkesbury Road, turn onto the Great Western Highway, then take the Western Motorway east through the M4 East Tunnel.
Exit to Parramatta Road and follow Tebbutt Street, Hathern Street, Brown Street and Cook Street to Old Canterbury Road, then Toothill Street and on to Marrickville Road. Westmead station is in the suburb, but trains to us need a change, and the light rail stops near Westmead Hospital are not on the L1. Driving is easiest.
Open until 8pmLong or irregular hours make dental visits easy to put off. We open from 9am, run until 8pm three nights a week and take bookings on Fridays and Saturdays, so there’s usually a slot either side of a shift.
At a routine visit we examine your teeth and gums, clean off build-up and take digital X-rays when due. You can read about regular check-ups and teeth cleaning before booking.
Saturday family visitsIf the week is full of school runs and errands at Westmead Shopping Village, Saturday morning may be the easier time. Book the children back to back and the whole family is looked after in a single visit.
