Your Drive

From Castlecrag To Marrickville Road By Car

Wind out of the castle-themed streets via The Battlement and Sortie Port to Edinburgh Road. Alpha Road, Flat Rock Drive and Brook Street feed into the Warringah Freeway, and the Bradfield Highway takes you across the harbour. The Western Distributor and The Crescent bring you into the Inner West and on to Marrickville Road.

Allow about 35 minutes outside peak for the 19.2 km. When you arrive, there’s street parking on Marrickville Road and in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic; timed bays are signposted. Public transport from Castlecrag needs at least one change, so we’d suggest the car.

Making Castlecrag Check-Ups Easy To Keep

It’s simple to let a check-up slide when the dentist is across the bridge. The trick is booking the next visit before you leave. Choose a late weeknight until 8pm, or a Friday or Saturday between 9am and 3pm, and it rarely clashes with the rest of the week.

Appointments include an exam, a clean and digital X-rays when due. There’s more detail on our dental check-ups and hygiene cleans pages, and both can be done in a single sitting.

Castlecrag Children At The Dentist

Saturday visits leave the afternoon free for Castlehaven Reserve or Retreat Reserve nearby, and two or three siblings can be booked in a row so the drive is shared.

We see children from the first check-up, explaining each step and offering fluoride and fissure sealants when they’re useful. Our kids’ dentistry page explains more. If your child plays rugby, hockey or soccer, ask about a custom mouthguard.

Veneers, Crowns And Implants For Castlecrag Residents

A smile makeover starts with a conversation and an exam. We offer professional teeth whitening, bonding and veneers in composite, E-max or Zirkonzahn, then explain costs clearly so you can weigh up options. Payment plans and health fund claims can be raised at the clinic.

Broken teeth may be restored with crowns made on site, often fitted at the same visit. For missing teeth, dental implants near Castlecrag and All-on-4 are assessed, planned and placed in Dulwich Hill by our own team.
