Cross the harbour on the Bradfield Highway, continue along the Western Distributor, then follow The Crescent and Johnston Street through to Marrickville Road. It’s 18.4 km, roughly 34 minutes outside peak.
Artarmon station is about 2.2 km from the suburb centre, but for this trip most people find the car simplest. Street parking is on Marrickville Road and in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic, with some bays timed.
Open until 8pmThe freeway is at its slowest in peak hour, so later appointments are worth considering. Booking a 7pm slot on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday means you’re driving after the rush, and Saturday mornings are usually lighter still.
