How Far Is The Smile Spot From Greenwich?

We’ll be upfront: at 16.7 km and about 34 minutes outside peak, this isn’t a short trip. From Greenwich Road, follow River Road and Shirley Road to the Pacific Highway, then Berry Street and Arthur Street to the Warringah Freeway. The Bradfield Highway takes you over the harbour, and from there it’s on to Marrickville Road.

Wollstonecraft station is the nearest to Greenwich, with St Leonards and Waverton close by, but none of them connects to Dulwich Hill directly. Expect a change or two on public transport, so driving is easier. Park on Marrickville Road or MacArthur Parade, and check for timed bays.

Grouping Greenwich Check-Ups Into One Trip

With a longer drive, it pays to bundle things. Book your exam and clean together, add any small fillings to the same appointment where possible, and pick a late slot until 8pm or a Saturday to keep the drive out of peak.

Find out what’s included in a check-up visit and why regular dental cleaning helps keep gum problems in check between appointments.

One Visit, Whole Family

Greenwich Families Booking On Saturdays

Rather than several trips, parents can line up the whole family one after another on a Saturday morning. The kids are seen, you’re seen, and you’re back in time for an afternoon at Smoothey Park or Gore Creek Reserve.

Children’s visits cover first check-ups, fluoride, sealants and fillings when needed. Kids in team sport can be fitted for a moulded mouthguard. See our page on children’s dental visits.

How Long Is The Drive From Greenwich To Dulwich Hill?

About 34 minutes outside peak, covering 16.7 km via River Road, the Pacific Highway, the Warringah Freeway and the Bradfield Highway.

Is There Public Transport From Greenwich?

Not a direct route. Wollstonecraft, St Leonards and Waverton stations are nearby, but reaching Dulwich Hill needs at least one change.

Where Do I Park When Coming From Greenwich?

Use street parking on Marrickville Road or in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic. Some bays are timed, so check the sign.

Which Hours Work Well For Greenwich Patients?

Saturdays from 9am to 3pm, or evenings until 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, when the roads are usually lighter.

Should I Call You For A Dental Emergency In Greenwich?

If the drive works for you, call (02) 9569 0199 as soon as we open. We’ll book the earliest appointment available.

Can New Patients From Greenwich Book Online?

Yes. Book online or call (02) 9569 0199, and mention if you’d like several family members seen on the same day.

Do You Treat Children From Greenwich?

Yes. Kids are welcome from their first teeth, and Saturday family bookings help make a single trip cover everyone.

Can Greenwich Patients Have Implants Done In One Clinic?

Yes. Consultation, placement and restoration, including All-on-4, are handled at our Dulwich Hill clinic, so fewer trips are needed. Implant placement is surgery and carries risks such as pain, swelling and infection, and it is not suitable for everyone. Results vary from person to person. We talk you through the alternatives at your consultation, and you are welcome to get a second opinion.
