504 Marrickville RdKariwara Street and Bennetts Road West take you to Park Road and Victoria Road. Turn onto Silverwater Road, join the Western Motorway and run through the M4 East Tunnel to Parramatta Road. Tebbutt Street, Hathern Street, Brown Street and Cook Street finish the trip on to Marrickville Road. Total distance is 19.4 km, around 31 minutes outside peak.
Park on Marrickville Road or in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic, minding any timed bays. The Dundas light rail stop is about 1.0 km from the suburb centre, but it’s on a separate line from the L1 near us, and the 521 and 545 buses don’t come here. Plan on driving.
Open until 8pmWith the motorway doing most of the work, an after-work visit is realistic. Three evenings a week we’re open until 8pm: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Prefer a weekend? Saturday runs 9am to 3pm.

Not to reach us directly. The Dundas and Telopea stops are on a different line from the L1 near the clinic, so you’d need to change. Driving is easier.
