504 Marrickville RdTake Adderton Road to Kissing Point Road, which forms Telopea’s southern edge, then Silverwater Road down to the Western Motorway. The M4 East Tunnel brings you out at Parramatta Road, and Tebbutt, Hathern, Brown and Cook streets lead to Old Canterbury Road and Toothill Street, then on to Marrickville Road.
It’s 20.8 km, roughly 32 minutes outside peak. The light rail stop in Telopea is only 0.1 km from the centre, but that line doesn’t link with the L1 near the clinic, so public transport needs a change and driving is easier. Park on Marrickville Road or MacArthur Parade, noting the timed bays.
Open until 8pmBecause most of the route is motorway, an evening visit is realistic. Finish work, head down Silverwater Road and still make a 6pm or 7pm booking on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, when the clinic stays open until 8pm.
Check-ups include an exam, digital X-rays when they’re due and a thorough clean to remove plaque and tartar. Keeping to a regular rhythm means small changes can be picked up early. Read more on check-ups and teeth cleaning.
Saturday family visitsSaturdays from 9am to 3pm let you bring the kids without pulling them out of school. Book them one after the other, then head back for a play at Elizabeth Macarthur Park or a walk along Vineyard Creek Reserve nearby.
First visits are about trust, so we go slowly and explain things in kid-friendly words. Later come fluoride, fissure sealants and, for sporty kids, a mouthguard made to fit. Find out about children’s check-ups and mouthguards for sport.
Same-visit crownsIf a filling has failed or a tooth has cracked, an in-house crown can often be made and fitted in one visit. Where a tooth is lost, dental implants near Telopea are planned and placed at our clinic, from single teeth to All-on-4.
For stains, chips or gaps, ask about teeth whitening, bonding or veneers made in composite, E-max or Zirkonzahn. Every plan begins with an exam, then we explain the costs, and payment plans or health fund claims can be sorted out at the clinic.
