504 Marrickville RdTake Brush Road and Winbourne Street to Marsden Road, then join Victoria Road heading for Silverwater Road. From there the Western Motorway and M4 East Tunnel carry you to Parramatta Road, and Tebbutt Street and Hathern Street lead across to Marrickville Road. Allow about 33 minutes outside peak for the 20.3 km.
Once you arrive, look for street parking on Marrickville Road or in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic, keeping an eye on timed bays. Denistone station is about 1.0 km from home, but getting here by public transport takes a change, so the drive is the simpler choice.
Open until 8pmIf your day starts at Denistone, Eastwood or West Ryde station, evenings may suit you better. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays the clinic stays open until 8pm, so a check-up can happen after you’re back in the car rather than eating into a working day.
Each routine appointment covers an exam, a scale and polish, and digital X-rays if you’re due. Book regular dental check-ups together with a professional clean and you’ll usually be in and out in one visit.
Saturday family visitsSaturday from 9am to 3pm is when most families come in, and you can be back for an afternoon at Rutherford Park or West Denistone Park nearby. Siblings can be booked back to back, which saves a second drive down the M4.
First visits are kept short and unhurried, with fissure sealants and fluoride offered when they’re useful. Have a look at our kids’ dental care page, and if your children play contact sport, a custom-fitted mouthguard is worth asking about.
Same-visit crownsIf your teeth have yellowed over time, ask whether professional whitening suits you. For chips, gaps or uneven edges, bonding or composite and E-max veneers may suit, and Zirkonzahn is another option. We’ll talk through each choice and its cost after an exam.
Cracked or weakened teeth can usually take a crown, and ours are made on site so your new crown can be fitted the same day. Missing teeth are a bigger conversation; dental implants near Denistone West, including All-on-4, are planned from start to finish in Dulwich Hill.
