504 Marrickville RdCarlingford straddles Pennant Hills Road, the line that roughly splits northern and western Sydney, and that’s where the trip begins. From Havilah Place and Moseley Street, follow Pennant Hills Road to Marsden Road, then Stewart Street and Silverwater Road down to the Western Motorway. The M4 East Tunnel brings you out on Parramatta Road, and Tebbutt Street and Hathern Street lead on to Marrickville Road.
That’s 23.2 km, about 37 minutes outside peak. The Carlingford light rail stop is 0.8 km from the centre, but it isn’t on the L1, and no bus runs through to us, so public transport needs a change. Driving is simpler. Park on Marrickville Road or in MacArthur Parade beside the clinic, minding the timed bays.
Open until 8pmWith a 37-minute drive each way, timing matters. Appointments run until 8pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, so you can leave the office, miss the heaviest traffic and still be seen. Friday and Saturday sessions are 9am to 3pm.

Yes. Single implants and All-on-4 are planned and placed in Dulwich Hill, so the whole process happens at one clinic. Implant placement is surgery and carries risks such as pain, swelling and infection, and it is not suitable for everyone. Results vary from person to person. We talk you through the alternatives at your consultation, and you are welcome to get a second opinion.
