An Honest Look At The Drive

How Far Is Dulwich Hill From Woronora Heights?

We won’t pretend it’s around the corner. It’s 31.5 km by road and about 56 minutes outside peak. Most streets here are named after birds, and from Lorikeet Close and Teal Place you take Bundanoon Road and Cooriengah Heights Road, then Wollybutt Road, Cambrai Avenue and Anzac Avenue out to the Princes Highway.

Stay on the highway, with a short jog along Acacia Road, then Gannon Street and Unwins Bridge Road on to Marrickville Road. There’s no train station handy and public transport needs a change, so driving is the only practical way. Street parking is in MacArthur Parade and along Marrickville Road.

Woronora Heights Children On Saturday Mornings

Weekend sport at Woronora Heights Oval doesn’t have to clash with the dentist. Saturday runs from 9am to 3pm, so you can book an early run of appointments for the kids and be back on the Princes Highway well before afternoon games.

We see children from their first visit, and older kids can be fitted for a sports mouthguard made from a mould of their teeth. More detail is on our page about dental care for children.
