Open until 8pmLate appointments until 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays mean you can head over after work rather than taking time off. Friday and Saturday hours run from 9am to 3pm if daytime suits better.
Each routine visit pairs a thorough check-up with a teeth clean and polish, and we’ll take digital X-rays if they’re due. If anything needs attention, you’ll hear about the options and costs before we start.
Saturday family visitsSaturdays are handy for families, with Len Waters Park, Australia Road Reserve and Mathers Place Reserve all close to home taking up plenty of weekend time. Book the kids back to back and the dental visit is done in one go.
We see children from their first visit, with fluoride and fissure sealants when they’re needed. Read about children’s dental care, and ask about custom sports mouthguards before the season starts.
Same-visit crownsIf a tooth breaks, an in-house same-visit crown can often be made and fitted in one appointment, so there’s no second trip up the M5. For missing teeth, dental implants near Barden Ridge are planned and placed at our clinic, along with All-on-4.
On the cosmetic side, we offer teeth whitening, bonding and E-max or Zirkonzahn veneers. An exam comes first, and we’ll explain what’s realistic for your teeth, along with costs and payment plan options.

The clinic is led by Dr Dimitrios Thanos, who has more than 25 years in practice. Read a little about The Smile Spot and get to know the people you’ll meet before your first visit from the Sutherland Shire.

Yes. Implant planning, placement and the final crown all happen at our Dulwich Hill clinic. All-on-4 is available for full-arch cases too. Implant placement is surgery and carries risks such as pain, swelling and infection, and it is not suitable for everyone. Results vary from person to person. We talk you through the alternatives at your consultation, and you are welcome to get a second opinion.
